GeoSnap is a GPS-tagged photo marketplace. Photographers upload geo-tagged photos, and buyers discover them on an interactive map. Purchase digital downloads ($0.75-$3.00) or order prints via Gelato. Photographers keep 70% of every sale.
Sign up as a photographer, then upload your geo-tagged photos. Each photo is automatically quality-scored and AI-moderated. Photos that pass are listed on the map immediately. Photos with quality issues go to manual review. You set your own price between $0.75 and $3.00.
GPS-tagged photos are ideal — the location is extracted automatically from EXIF data. If your photo doesn't have GPS data, our AI can analyze the image and suggest a location, or you can use the Event feature to batch-upload with a manual location.
JPEG, PNG, HEIC, TIFF, BMP, GIF, and WebP for photos. MP4, MOV, AVI, and MKV for video. Photos must meet a minimum resolution of 1600px on the longest side for quality scoring.
Every upload is scored on resolution and sharpness (using computer vision). Photos scoring 0.4 or higher are auto-listed. Below that threshold, they go to manual review. We also run AI content moderation (Claude Haiku) to screen for prohibited content.
Your earnings accumulate in your dashboard as sales happen. Payouts are processed periodically. You can see your total earnings, sales count, and individual photo performance in your photographer dashboard.
Yes. Connect your Flickr account via OAuth and bulk-import your geo-tagged photos. Metadata (GPS, timestamps, descriptions) is preserved during import.
Events let you batch-upload photos from a specific location (conference, wedding, indoor venue). You set the event location once, and all uploaded photos inherit that GPS coordinate — useful when indoor photos lack GPS data.
Buyers browse the map, click a photo, and purchase via Stripe Checkout. Digital downloads come with a 48-hour download link. Print orders are fulfilled by Gelato (sizes from 4x6 to 24x36).
