1. About GeoSnap

GeoSnap ("the Platform") is operated by StanHattie LLC. GeoSnap is a marketplace where photographers upload GPS-tagged photographs and buyers purchase digital downloads or printed products.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create a photographer account or make purchases on GeoSnap.

3. Photographer Responsibilities

By uploading photos to GeoSnap, you represent and warrant that:

• You are the sole creator and copyright holder of each photo you upload, or you have obtained all necessary rights and permissions.
• You have obtained model releases for any identifiable individuals in your photos, especially minors.
• Your photos were taken in locations where photography was legally permitted.
• Your photos do not infringe on any third-party intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights.
• Your photos do not contain illegal, obscene, hateful, or harmful content.

4. License Grant

By uploading photos, you grant GeoSnap a non-exclusive, worldwide license to display, reproduce, and distribute your photos for the purpose of operating the marketplace (thumbnails, previews, map listings, promotional use). You retain all copyright to your original work.

5. Pricing and Commission

Digital downloads and print products are sold at prices determined by the Platform. Photographers receive 70% of each sale. GeoSnap retains 30% as a platform commission. Earnings are tracked in your dashboard and paid out periodically.

6. Buyer Terms

When you purchase a digital download, you receive a personal, non-commercial license to download and use the photo for personal purposes (including printing for personal display). You may not resell, redistribute, or use purchased photos for commercial purposes without a separate commercial license.

7. Print Products

Printed products are fulfilled by third-party print-on-demand providers. Shipping times and quality are subject to the fulfillment provider's capabilities. GeoSnap is not responsible for shipping delays or print defects but will work to resolve issues.

8. Content Removal

GeoSnap reserves the right to remove any photo or suspend any account that violates these terms, at our sole discretion and without prior notice.

9. DMCA

GeoSnap respects intellectual property rights. See our DMCA Policy for takedown procedures.

10. Limitation of Liability

GeoSnap is provided "as is." StanHattie LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Iowa, United States.
