Photos, descriptions, and GPS coordinates are uploaded by photographers. GeoSnap does not verify the accuracy of location data, image descriptions, or metadata. AI content moderation screens for prohibited content but cannot guarantee detection of all violations.
Printed products are fulfilled by Gelato, a third-party print-on-demand provider. Print quality, shipping times, and delivery are subject to Gelato's capabilities. GeoSnap is not responsible for print defects or shipping delays.
GPS coordinates extracted from photo EXIF data may be imprecise depending on the camera device and conditions at the time of capture. AI-estimated locations (for photos without GPS) are approximations and should not be relied upon for precise geographic reference.
Under no circumstances shall StanHattie LLC be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of GeoSnap, including but not limited to data loss, inaccurate GPS data, print quality issues, or service interruptions.
